Terms of Service
These are the plain-language terms that apply when you use this website or engage us to build yours. We've kept them straightforward and fair.

What we do
TrustFrontStudio designs and builds custom websites for businesses — new sites, redesigns and the online presence around them. Every project is bespoke, so the exact scope and deliverables are agreed with you before we begin.
Pricing & payment
Our package prices are published on this website. Any prices we show (including launch-offer pricing) apply to the scope described for that package; anything more custom is quoted to fit before we begin. Prices become the agreed price for your project once both sides have confirmed the scope in writing (email is fine).
- Payment terms: 50% to start, 50% on go-live, unless we agree otherwise in writing for your project.
- Hosting is included with your package for the agreed period; your domain is billed separately, at cost.
- Each package includes two rounds of revisions. If the scope of the project changes after we've started, we'll talk it through and agree any change to the price before doing the extra work.
The project & deliverables
Once a quote is agreed, we'll confirm what's included, a rough timeline and the main stages of the work. We aim to keep things moving quickly, but timelines depend on getting feedback, content and approvals from you in good time.
What we need from you
To build a great site, we need your help. You agree to provide the content we need — such as your business details, text, images, logos and any approvals — in a reasonable time, and to make sure you have the right to use anything you give us (for example, that photos are yours or properly licensed). Delays in providing content may affect the timeline.
Ownership of your site
We believe you should own what you pay for. On full payment of the agreed fee, ownership of the final website and its custom design and content passes to you — it's yours to keep, host and use.
- Any third-party elements (for example fonts, stock images, plugins or platform services) remain under their own separate licences.
- We may keep a copy of the work for our records and reference, and — unless you ask us not to — mention that we built it as part of our own portfolio.
This website is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it's provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The information here is for general guidance and doesn't form a binding offer until we've agreed a quote with you in writing. We can't guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrustFrontStudio isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited. Any liability we do have in connection with a project is limited to the fees you've paid us for that project.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top shows when. If anything here is unclear, just email us at hello@trustfrontstudio.com— we're happy to talk it through.
